  • The end goal of all spiritual work is experiencing (and potentially holding without effort) the awakened state of being. When all thoughts have stopped you enter a state of deep inner peace. In this natural state you are so fully present with everything around you that the concept of separation dissolves and you experience non-duality or oneness. To be awakened to the NOW is to be truly alive, present and at one with yourself and those around you.
